Belle maison Aveyronnaise située à 15mn à pied d’Espalion. Le jardin est très grand, arboré, et clôturé. Idéal pour des vacances en famille quand on est nombreux.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable dans la maison de Lucie. Elle est spacieuse, confortable, bien equipée et très bien située dans Espalion. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Peu de communication du propriétaire. Il a fallu attendre pour d'être rappelé au téléphone pour nous dire où était la clé de l'entrée. Sinon, maison très bien située, agréable. Salon bien frais pour échapper à la canicule.

Une semaine géniale en famille

La maison est idéale pour se retrouver en famille : spacieuse, fonctionnelle, propre. Elle est à proximité du centre d’espalion ce qui limite l’utilisation de la voiture. Piscine, canoë, vélo rail, marché gourmand: on ne voit pas le temps passer!

Lamentable

A l’arrivee personne pour nous accueillir les clés dans un pot. Difficile de croire que le menage a ete fait avant notre arrivée la maison n'était pas propre. La cuisine était tres sale. Plus de poignée au lave vaisselle panier du haut cassé hors service. Dans les chambres matelas et oreillers n’etaient pas propre Mobilier vétuste Barbecue inutilisable (grille rouillée) Table du salon de jardin sale etc... Vue le tarif pratiqué les prestations ne reflète absolument pas ce qui est dit dans l’annonce A fuir !!

Grosse déception

Le samedi de notre arrivée je n'avais aucun moyen de contacter l'hôte. Il a fallu que j'appelle Abritel pour avoir un numéro. Personne pour nous accueillir, les clés dans un pot . Le frigo avait coulé dans la cuisine,il n'y avait plus de poignée au lave-vaisselle par contre il y avait de la vaisselle sale à l'intérieur. Devant la maison la"pelouse" n'avait pas été tondue depuis des mois. Dans les chambres à l'étage protège matelas et les protège taies d'oreiller n'étaient pas propres. Quel dommage vu que la maison est agréable et pourrait être super mais vu le tarif pratiqué les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur, cequi explique ma déception car jusqu'à présent j'avais toujours été satisfait d'Abritel mais tant pis!

On était bien!

Maison familiale, grande et très agréable. Pas de wifi mais un bon réseau (Orange et SFR). Depuis Espalion, possibilité de rayonner dans tout autour. Région magnifique.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la maison de Lucie, qui est spacieuse, très agréable et bien équipée. Elle est très bien placée toutes les commodités du centre ville sont accessibles à pied. Le contact avec la propriétaire est simple et très sympatique. Je recommande elle est parfaite pour des vacances en famille surtout avec des enfants !

Très bonnes vacances

Séjour familial dans une maison très spacieuse avec un grand terrain très agréable. Quartier très calme bien que relativement proche des commerces.jolie vue sur le Château de Calmont. Nous connaissons parfaitement le coin mais c’est toujours un grand bonheur de retrouver l’Aubrac, Conques, Saint Côme et la vallée du Lot.

Comme chez soi

Belle maison familiale à l'entrée d'Espalion. Nous nous somme trouvés rapidement très à l'aise (à 6) dans cette grande maison. Les équipements sont fonctionnels et prêts à l'emploi, les produits disponibles, ce qui fait que l'on peut profiter du séjour, sans souci des détails. La maison est bien entretenue, peinte récemment, avec une décoration sobre et originale. Pour une visite en hiver, le chauffage est efficace, avec une bonne température sur les 2 étages.

On s'est régalés du calme, de l'espace, de la maison et du jardin. Chouette endroit pour s'apaiser ou partir explorer les bords du Lot et l'Aubrac.

Séjour formidable!

Maison très spacieuse et extrêmement propre. Équipement très complet: nous avons apprécié le lave-vaisselle, le lave-linge, les transats et le barbecue, l’ombrage, la verdure… . Chacun avait son espace grâce aux nombreuses chambres. Proximité du centre-ville, pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture.

Ubicación perfecta para explorar la zona

Hemos pasado unas muy buenas vacaciones. Eramos dos familias, 4 adultos y 4 niños y la casa es perfecta, super bien equipada y espaciosa. El jardin delantero es perfecto para que los niños jueguen con libertad pero sin peligro. Es increiblemente tranquila pero está a 10 minutos a pie del pueblo, lo que te permite ir a buscar lo que sea sin el coche. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy luminosas. Aunque no hemos visto a la propietaria, ha estado atenta y disponible por telefono. Ideal para familias con niños que deseen conocer la zona de Aveyron desde un asentamiento base cómodo, tranquilo y bien comunicado.
