“This is a beautiful apartment where we enjoyed a lovely 5-night stay over Easter 2024. It is very comfortable and extremely well-equipped and was immaculately clean. We have stayed in many different apartments in El Presidente over the last 20 years, and this is without doubt one of the nicest and most comfortable. Tracy - the local property manager - was very accommodating too, allowing us to check in early, and leaving a much appreciated bottle of Cava and a bottle of water to welcome us on……

“Urbanización comodísima, con puerta privada de acceso a una de las mejores playas de la zona, grandes espacios y todo cuidadísimo. La casa también espectacular, muy espaciosa y bien amueblada, con todo lo necesario. Juan muy atento y poniendo facilidades para todo. Un lujo!”

“What an amazing weeks holiday from.start to finsh the villa and complex gave is everthing we wanted. Location - perfect for us, felt quite private but 10 mins by taxi to estepona and if your feeling energetic an hours walk to the beginning of town. However, its along one of the most picturesque boardwalks you will find. Also blessed with a great beach bar and restaurant within a 100m of the villa (just down the villa garden, out the back gate , turn left and you are there, really reasonable……

“Très agréable appartement. Contact sympathique avec les propriétaires. Tout fonctionne bien, les appareils et en particulier le chauffage pour les soirées plus fraîches de l'hiver. Quelques petites choses à améliorer: une bouteille d'eau pour l'arrivée serait appréciée ainsi que plus d'un rouleau de papier hygiénique et d'un sac à ordures pour les séjours d'une semaine. Toute la vaisselle avait besoin aussi d'un bon lavage. Nous sommes très content de notre séjour, du confort et de la……

“Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. Would have been nice if someone had greeted us at villa and told us about local area as we only realised we could walk all the way down a couple of days before leaving. Martin was great……
