Spacious private home nestled on Prospect Mountain. Views GALORE! Mountain and Lake Estes views. Our comfortable home is over 2020 sq ft, & offers over 1400 sq ft of deck. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer deck access.

Main floor features living area, with gas fireplace, and breathtaking views. Kitchen, fully equipped, table for up to 8 and bar seating area. Deck, free WIFI & long distance. Laundry with washer/dryer. Main floor bedrooms include a king aspen log bed & furnishings, sitting area, with and views of Lake Estes & Mt. Olympus & attached bath with tub/shower. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, & outside access to a private deck and forest of trees. Main floor hallway bath has a log vanity/mirror & shower.

Our 2nd floor offers 1 room with a queen aspen log bed, sitting area, TV/DVD, & private balcony with breathtaking mountain views. The 2nd bedroom has a king & queen bed, 2 chairs TV/DVD, French doors open to the largest deck. The full bathroom has shower/tub and is between the two upper bedrooms.

Perfect for couples, you & your family, and groups: Estes Mountain Home is unique in that it is perfect for a couple, or for larger groups and families. The layout makes it a cozy, romantic get away for one couple, two couples, the upper level has 2 extra large bedrooms and bath, that makes it perfect for groups, families, and even multiple families who would like to stay together. Centrally located living area & kitchen areas for 'together time' and bedrooms off to each side on each level make each bedroom more private with each having their own TV and sitting areas in 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

Amazing property!

This property had the best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental we have stayed at. We love to cook so this was a big deal. The views were amazing, the property was clean, and the house was a perfect fit for introducing our friends to the Rocky Mountains.

Great Stay

Best view in Estes Park so far. Hot tub with view, fire place is great gathering place will definitely want to stay here in summer to enjoy all the outdoors/deck areas.

Family vacation Estes Park

We had our 1st family vacation since 2009, all children were grown, with one who has started his family. It was absolutely perfect for us all. The views decks and hot tub were amazing! The home was super clean, and the beds were very comfy! The access to downtown and other sights was perfect! We were grilling steaks one night and had 2 bears come up very close to the house, it was amazing and intimidating at the same time. Steaks turned out well, and we have an amazing memory, amoung many others! I would 100% recommend and we would book again!

Great Location

Awesome Birthday getaway

Stayed in Estes with friends and family to celebrate my 50th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone. Hot tub was a huge draw for us. Plenty of decks from which to choose .

Friends Graduation Celebration

We had an excellent time. The views are amazing at this property. I love that the owner asked us to call as soon as we arrived. Some may not like that but I thought it was lovely to speak for a moment. She was very welcoming. The house is decorated beautifully. We cooked meals a few times and the kitchen was well appointed. The views are majestic!!! It snowed while we were all in the hot tub! We had so much fun. Thank you for allowing us into your home!

As the real estate industry says Location. Super convenient to everything in Estes and surrounding area. Family enjoyed the fabulous deck each night whether dining under the pergola or relaxing in the hot tub.

Great property!

Perfect getaway for us and our adult children. Nice, cozy living area with fireplace for us to enjoy football games! Wonderful kitchen. It had everything we needed. It was nice to throw something in the crockpot while we were out durning the day and come back to a meal. The grill and hot tub on the deck were wonderful as well. Linda was a great host, we had several changes to who would be joining us and she was very accommodating!

Gorgeous view, great location!

We’d love to come back to this location next time we visit Estes Park. Place was very clean, the beds were SO comfortable & located so close to downtown & other attractions. We saw lots of wildlife off the deck!! Loved the hottub & fireplace located on the deck. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay!

This property met our needs perfectly! Clean and spacious interior with all needed amenities, loads of outdoor seating options to enjoy the beautiful views, short drive to town, and very responsive and communicative host. There are several stairs to the home from the driveway, but was not a problem for us (simply be mindful). Highly recommend!

Great home

Wonderful stay for our party of three adults and four children/teens. More than enough space for everybody. Comfortable beds. Good views. Perfect hot tub. Did not spend time on all of the great decks because it’s winter. Easy proximity to town and the national park. Well-stocked kitchen. I would warn people like myself, not used to snow, that the driveway is a steep downhill, and can be navigated with all wheel drive, but would back in, so you can drive forward out.

Spring Break 2024

Our family stayed here over spring break. Had to catch our breath going up and down the steps to the door but the house and view were beautiful. Mountain views from every room and balcony. Enjoyed the fireplace during the snow storm and loved the hot tub. Plenty of room for all of us.

Best Vacation Ever

The house was amazing! Felt like home! This was our first vacation to Colorado. We usually head to the ocean but want to see mountains. We traveled with out 2 adult sons and their families. The house provided room for 3 little families to separate and come together as needed! It was close enough to all activities and we enjoyed a beautiful large snow while there! We will definitely be back!!

Quick Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home in Estes! It is evident how important it is to the owner that guests are comfortable and have everything they need for their stay. The home is in a great location and has amazing views! It sits in the hillside, so there are a good amount of steps from the driveway down to the house. The hot tub and the new pergola are wonderful! Wedding bliss

The property is just as described. Beautiful views and simple comfort. We were greeted by a herd of elk! Well stocked for entertaining. Hot tub was a lovely way to unwind after a busy day of hiking. Good communication with the host. We were there fir a wedding in RMNP. Perfect location to access it. I highly recommend a visit to the Stanley hotel too.

Home away from home

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was equipped with all your needs. The dining area on the deck was a real bonus. I had my coffee out there every morning while enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Estes. The house and hot tub are maintained and spotless. We had family over for dinner one night and all sat around the fire pit enjoying each other’s company. Working with Linda our host was extremely easy and I thank her for that.
