「The property was amazing! Staff was friendly and very funny. The location is perfect for familys that want to head to the Zoo and head to the local mall. The only few negatives I have would be that the room isn't very sound proof and we could hear a lot from the other rooms.(Could be a perk if you rented out two rooms side by side) Second negative is that the pillows and bed were really uncomfortable but we could've just been unlucky. Overall! I loved the experience and I'm coming back here...

「Great place to stay while visiting the area. So much to do around Orford, Magog and other towns close by. Hotel itself was clean and quiet. It does need some TLC on the outside but did not disappoint. The kids playroom room was an awesome addition your kids will love it.」

「The outdoor hot tub with the view of the frozen lake (in March) was very unique and we enjoyed it thoroughly! Next to it, the sauna was also very convenient. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful.」

「Lovely room with balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. I loved this hotel although the lack of an elevator was an inconvenience. I had requested a first floor room but it was not available when checking in. I was notified ahead of time that they could not guarantee 1st floor. It has a lovely restaurant with outdoor seating by lake. They do not have anywhere to buy snacks or drinks… only the restaurant.」
