“Hotel rinnovato di recente, pulito e confortevole. Vista panoramica. Ottima colazione (chicca: c'è anche il prosecco a colazione!). Buono il ristorante alla sera. Acqua della piscina ad una buona temperatura. Sezione della piscina esterna piacevole ma con temperatura acqua leggermente inferiore. Parcheggio coperto. Purtroppo il parcheggio non è sufficiente per tutte le auto se l'hotel tende ad essere pieno.”

“This was an impeccable and high-tech place. It took awhile to learn how the various buttons and features in the room worked. Maybe some signs or notice in the room to help guests with that would be beneficial. Front desk staff were okay.”

“Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service. Das Frühstück ist Weltklasse!!! Allein deshalb sollte man hier übernachten. Die Roof Top Bar ist auch sehr schön. Nur die Betten waren mir etwas zu hart.”

“Vincenzo and the other front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff, were excellent! We had a wonderful time in Bolzano and the Stadt hotel Citta made it a memorable stay. We enjoyed having cocktails every evening on the square. We would highly recommend this hotel!”

“There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”
