“nice”

“機場接駁車需要到步致電酒店 電話不能致電當地 如果可以WhatsApp或其他網上Channel聯繫更好”

“I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner……

“Nice service, good experience”

“很新潮舒適環境，是兩家旅館合併在一起，共用大門、櫃檯服務與泳池。兩個問題：1. 靠近機場一側較吵。2. 早上我人在房間卻房門突然被房務清潔人員打開？！我並非當日中午退房，而且她應該敲門確認是空房。 其他體驗都好，床墊舒適。”

“Couldn’t find the sheets for the pull out. Went to the desk to ask. Staff told me where to find them. The bag had previously used sheets and blanket with 1 pillow. Please have cleaning personnel check this when servicing the room.”

“My was never cleaned during my stay. I checked in Thursday; my checkout was supposed to be Sunday morning. I checked out early, Saturday about 4 pm. I felt like I should have been credited some for leaving early, if I would have stayed I wouldn’t have had a clean towel to shower with because y’all didn’t clean the room. Sorry, but I had a bad experience and I usually never complain. Y’all had plenty of time to clean the room because I was always gone during the day.”

“The room was clean, staff was nice, im not sure if they had breakfast tbh. I didn't pay much attention to that since I would leave very early. Parking was good”

“The only word to describe this hotel is janky. I’m not a fan. Even the towels were scratchy cheap and sketchy”

“The whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt.”

“The bedding was so soft and comfortable.”

“Location”

“AC was noisy, the blankets were thin, staff were friendly”

“Couldn’t check in at three o'clock in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned up. It was ready at almost 3:30, and there was no apology. The atrium was noisy until night. The 24-hour shuttle bus is convenient.”
