“Enjoyed the easy access. Beds were very comfortable. Linens top of the line. Bring your own toiletries-little selection. Everything you would need to cook. Kitchen food items need a clean out- we bought our own coffee. A good dust wouldn’t hurt. Host was very responsive-we would come back. Thanks.”

“The apartment was a perfect spot for our weekend visit! Located right downtown with parking a few blocks away. It was cute and clean and the only downside was that the stairwell and the hall were noisy with the neighboring occupants. The building is old and creaky and the wood floors are not forgiving. Overall it was a great property!”

“Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage……

“This was honestly a great place to stay. Saturday night, after most of the shops were closed downtown, gave us swimming in the pool while watching a family-friendly movie. The breakfast the next morning was eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cinnamon rolls, or choose from yogurt and cereal. The staff was friendly and professional. ”
