"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."

"We originally booked the hotel but ended up in their apartments - one apartment each. The rooms were spacious and actually exceeded our expectations. The beds were a little uncomfortable which was all that could be found wanting. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but basic. The hotel itself is located south of the centre with a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro then takes you right into the centre of Milan (a 15 minute trip). "The owners of the property do not offer parking. You have to arrange the parking yourself. They should not list any parking in their services, as they provide none. The apartment is OK. Not as spacious as it looks from the pictures, but still very OK."
