“酒店位置很好，后面就是前往科茨沃尔德的公交车站，作为中转一晚的地点还是不错的，只是这种老房子都没有电梯，我们安排在了四楼，而且四楼是层高最矮的，房间有点小，不过总体还可以，爷爷人很好，早餐比较简单”

“I booked a Club Deluxe room which was nice and spacious. I know that the bath and shower are inside the bedroom with no walls before I booked and thought thats fine as I was staying by myself anyways. ”

“I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. Very happy with our overnight stay, would highly recommend.l”

“The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. Unfortunately the fuse was burnt on the first day I check in. I emailed the manager and phoned him and he went to my room to check personally and fixed it. He noticed the toilet seat was loose and he came again to change a new one and also fixed the towel stand. With the cheap price……

“Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.”

“Room was clean and smelled fresh, bed was comfortable, shared shower room also clean. Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). It's all you need without the unnecessary frills, great value, will definitely use again,”

“Booked 2 rooms and 1 apartment; was expecting they all are close from each other. but end up the apartment is about 10-15mins walking distance away that i will have to separate from my other family members. However, the staff was very helpful when needed them”

“I arrived late at night, it was a bit of effort to find the exact place of my Room at the property site as there was no Counter Service late at night. Driveway at the rear of the Property is very rough, definitely can be improved by Owner.”
