"This property is just as described. It has great views over the birding sanctuary. While it is a bit out of town, it is close enough to explore this coast easily and have a quiet place to relax in between excursions. There is a lift to the first floor where the apartment is and there are stairs inside the apartment to the living and kitchen area. The small bathroom has a shower and the larger bathroom has a tub.
