The attendants at the breakfast buffet were very kind and attentive. And the view, from the rooftop where the breakfast was served, can’t be beat. Our room was very clean and made up nicely each day. The lady cleaning the rooms was very friendly and kind. We feel like we got to know her a bit because we were never out of the room when she wanted to come clean it! (We spent too much time at breakfast) The decor in the rooms and common areas was special and uniquely Turkish. We highly recommend Sultanhan Hotel - SC."

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Abdul Kadir, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout our stay. He kindly upgraded us to rooms with access to the Executive Lounge, which was a lovely gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable. What particularly stood out was Abdul Kadir’s excellent attitude and genuine hospitality. He was always approachable, attentive and happy to help, and he made sure that my family and I were well looked after and comfortable. His friendliness and professionalism really added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel itself was, as always, beautiful and comfortable, and the level of service is one of the main reasons I continue to return to Hilton Bomonti. After six stays, I can confidently say that the consistently welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff make it feel very special.
