“The property was a little hard to get to due to one way streets around the location. They also did not offer breakfast but did have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The room was clean no smells no bugs. ”

“Lots to do in a remote location. Pool was nice, an outdoor playground and trails. My 6 yo grandson and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. Wifi is extremely slow, ATT was weak and no TV in room. But still a good time ”

“Everything was very clean and was exactly what was represented in pictures and as described. Had a small problem with wifi after a 10-20 second power outage. Owner was quickly responsive and helpful. All in all, a satisfactory experience.”

“Overall the property met my expectations. The property pool was not cleaned daily so I did not get to use the pool. Friday the indoor pool has sand in the bottom on Saturday outdoor pool had hair and other debris on the bottom. Recommend both pools be cleaned daily prior to opening. On-site restaurant did not open for food service on Saturday evening due to family emergency. We had to go into town for dinner. Nothing posted on their website to give notice no food service.”

“We stayed at the Sleep Inn in Dripping Springs for the eclipse in April. They made it easy for us to check in late, and when we arrived, there were eclipse cookies, glasses, water, and a handwritten note to welcome us! The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great, our whole stay was fantastic. Beautiful hotel. The Sleep Inn helped make this trip amazing. ”

“Property was roomy, comfortable and a great space. We had a little miscommunication at check in but the property manager followed up and made it right. The fenced yard and back porch were great for hanging out with our dog. Quiet neighborhood about 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Hope home is available for our next trip to the area!”

The house is nestled on a hillside in an amazing neighborhood. It was so peaceful and quiet. The perfect place to hang out and relax in Austin.”

“Incredible property inside and out. Immaculate! So much to do the grandchildren always had an activity to do instead of going back to their screens. Ending the night by the fire or in the movie theater was great family time together. This could not have been a nicer property.”

“We enjoyed our stay, beautiful drive and scenery in the daytime, the lake was gorgeous. The room was clean and cozy, loved the books, and decorations. The patio gave an amazing view of the lake. Gym, Hot tub and bbq was extremely convenient only down fall for us anyway was the sauna was out of order for my husband, they were doing alarm testing so we had it going off for a couple of hours at 10 am, then they had to come inside which was inconvenient. I would recommend more coffee packets, and……

“Amazing location, close to State Parks and numerous trails. Outstanding hosts! The property itself is perfect to retreat and enjoy all nature has to offer while having comforts at hand. The camper was the cutest and the area around it invites to relax. The bathhouse is equipped with more than essentials, snacks, water, coffee, toiletries, towels, and washer/dryer available. And…it’s dog friendly!!! Truly exceptional. Will definitely return!”
