“The property itself was very cute and offered a peaceful, quiet setting tucked away from the busy highway. We appreciated the secluded atmosphere and enjoyed how relaxing the location was. That said, our stay was significantly impacted by a spider infestation. As someone from Montana, I understand that insects and spiders are a normal part of life, especially in more rural areas. However, the number of spiders throughout the house was excessive. We didn't have to search for them—they were……

“Like a little slice of heaven! Pictures do not do it justice. You’ll feel like a VIP in a resort but also like it’s home away from home. The king bed was a highlight of my trip (very cozy snd comfortable!) I Could not get over the view of the grounds and wish we had more time to explore but we were visiting for just 1 night from out of state. The local members we met were extremely friendly in the most genuine way. If we’re ever lucky enough to be in this area again, we’d love to stay longer”

“Pretty victorian house in a beautiful area. The basement unit is reached by a gravel path, through a gate and down some stairs. It is large and and uniquely cute. We enjoyed the refrigerator, hot plate, ice maker and made pour over coffee with a Chemex. There is also a 1 cup Keurig. There are a few kitchen items, a skillet and dishes. We love West Salem and will no doubt come again.”

“The town is cute, the area is cute. The property needs to be further along. The water in the kitchen has a bit of rust, but the adjacent bathroom the water was better, which we used. The beds were comfortable, the shower ok. No way to control the heat… needs window upgrades, holes in floors patched. The Vrbo app horribly difficult and frustrating, that definitely needs addressing.”

“The flat was as advertised. The photos realistically depict the space. Having a cooktop and refrigerator was nice. A washer and dryer would have been even better. The French press for coffee was okay. We would have much preferred a Keurig. But all in all the flat was perfectly fine for the first three of four nights. The Amity location worked for our wine tasting stops from near Salem up to Newberg. The fourth and last night of our stay was not as nice. We returned to the flat around 5:30 pm on a……
