“The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
However, we had two rooms because we were in town for a softball tournament. In one room the ac went out and it was horribly hot. In the other you couldn't shower because the water was brown. These issues were reported to the desk 3 times and no one ever came to either room. Expedia would not refund our money because they could never speak to the manager, he refused to take their calls.”
