"When we checked in room it was organized but not thoroughly clean, bedsheets were old with hair on it , and drink stains on tables.But once we informed staff sbout they were helping and changed everything. "

"The room was updated and very nice, the lighted mirror was a plus. And the bed was very comfortable. There were also so many power plugs and USB plugs for charging! My family always struggles to find plugs when traveling it was a nice surprise. We got a drink/snack basket when we checked in which was a nice surprise. "

"Great room ( especially mini kitchen and separate bathtub and shower) We can get free cookies ( my daughter was very happy) and get free coffee ( good options) We absolutely come back this hotel next time."

"Ok. Room was cold. Thermostat didn’t work, so we couldn't get room to get warmer. Only one old blanket. Towels were cold. You could even hear somebody hear talking in the next room. "

"Had to drive four blocks to find where the reception is because there was no sign to say where reception was anywhere! Then I sign a form to pay $30 resort fee thatdidn’t apply. I booked through Expedia, which the fee, butI had to sign the form anyway. This made no sense at all and they said it was their standard procedure"

"Overall a reasonably good stay. There was no conditioner in the bottle in the shower which was unpleasant to find out after shampooing. There was also extra furniture stacked in there corner of the room which was weird but okay i guess. Only lighter weights available in the gym. Nice pool and waterside"
