「I was not in Victoria to shop, but there is a strip mall not far away with a Tim Hortons and drug store. 」

「Situated in a tranquil area, cozy room, got most amenities one need, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. But if you are noise sensitive, you should seek other options. My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.」

「I was only there for a few hours. It was located under 10 minutes from the airport. The take away breakfast offered lots of options. Well air conditioned, bed was very comfortable. Easy to navigate and access the room. 」

「Staff made the assumption that we were not coming after the reservation was confirmed and decided to give away the room to another guest. Who does that?????? I expect a full refund!!!!!! 」
