Location: located in a residence with swimming pool in Fano, just 100 meters from the sea and very close to all services. Maximum comfort!

Description: studio apartment on the first floor. Living room with kitchenette, table with chairs and sofa bed. Sleeping area with bunk bed. Bathroom with shower. Terrace with sea view. Air conditioning. Private and reserved parking space inside the condominium courtyard. Condominium swimming pool. Direct access to the beach. Pets allowed.

Pool open and usable from June 1st.

Self-check-in - via box with keys for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.

Advance payment by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.

The price includes:
