「The unit was very spacious for the three of us (adult son, parents) and the location to visit wineries is perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped (for example, in contrast to many other places where we have stayed you can actually cut something with the knives). We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dundee.」

「My husband and I decided to head to wine country at the last minute to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary a couple weeks early. We found Yamhill Flats and it was delightful. Nice downtown location making it easy to walk to dinner, easy access to lots of wineries. Room was clean and charming. Bed was comfortable. I was a little stressed about not getting the door code until the last minute but everything worked out like a charm. It was a great little get-away. They even left us a sweet note...

「Overall this was a very nice place but the one problem was the bed. It was way too soft and after 3 nights I had to put couch cushions on the floor to sleep the last 2 nights. My sore back recovered then but sleeping in my clothes on the floor was not part of the deal.」

「This is a daylight basement situation with only one sliding door for ventilation. You can also hear people walking above you, but they are very considerate. The bed was not comfortable. Everything was wonderful. They supplied you with coffee creamer, coffee, A bottle of wine, welcoming, popcorn, and the bathroom had everything you could possibly need including conditioner and air freshener. The price was certainly fair for what we got. Thank you.」

「The apartment was very clean. Had everything I needed. I was only up for a quick trip this time but would stay here again next time. Very close to restaurants and George Fox University. Was able to walk to eat and go see my daughter at the college.」

「They were able to check me in at 1am and offered a 12pm checkout. The front desk gave me a snack. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and hot. Overall it was a great experience. 」
