They were looking forward to our stay, they reminded us of the restorations, etc etc. Then, one day before our arrival, we got a frantic message from Expedia saying that our booking had been cancelled by The Lensbury and we had to make alternate arrangements. 「Beautifully decorated hotel with charming helpful staff. Good location apart from road noise from the junction. The bed was comfortable but some details were lacking such as no non slip bath mat & the tea/ coffee/ milk not restocked on our arrival.
