“Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.”

“In my opinion, the apartment is pretty good expect that its location is a little inconvenient, as need in designated Hotel to arrange check in service. Room is tidy and clean. Overall check out arrangement is quite good and simple. ”

“Good location, well connected. Check-in process was tedious because the payment machines did not work. The self check-in does not work if booking is made on 3rd party site or for international bookings. Also, there was issues with multiple keys in the room - apparently a problem with the key cutting device. Apart from these minor inconveniences, no issues. ”

“No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled……

“I wanted to go to Richmond because I’m a huge Ted Lasso Fan! This hotel was beautiful! The foyer area was decorated for Christmas. The staff carried our bags in for us. It is perked up on a hill and walkable to the town. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Felt very safe here! ”

“Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, location was spot on 10 minute walk down to Richmond Town Centre, stunning scenery facing hotel and River Thames, Hotel smelt gorgeous and the fires were lit of an evening which was so christmasy with the decor, we had a couple of drinks in the bar and it was stunning so relaxing and again lovely staff would love to return soon , thankyou ”

“Good location close to Hounslow Central tube and town centre. Friendly, helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room. Good wi-fi connection in the room and plenty of amenities including a tea/coffee, shower gel, wardrobe and safe. Will stay again. ”
