「Upon arrival Gabriella at reception was very welcoming and informative. She also kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade with the added arrival of a slice of birthday cake. We felt very welcomed at the hotel. The interior was very classic with quintessential country manor decor - wood panelling, chandeliers, sage greens and wine red carpets.
