A shuttle bus or hotel assistance in getting to the hotel from Heathrow would be a great addition. As international travelers, it was challenging to get a ride from the airport to the hotel, and we had too much luggage to walk. The Uber ride pickup place at Heathrow was also hard to find.
Loved the restaurants, menu, room service, and bars!
Check-in was a little confusing as we were told 3rd floor (and asked to confirm), but room was 115. We had to go up one floor from the lobby/check-in counter which was the "2" button on the elevator. We found it tho.
Wi-Fi never worked during our stay (neither public nor room using my credentials and alternate credentials provided by the front desk). We have android phones. Called the front desk for Wi-Fi assistance; said they'd need some time. We were not contacted again.
