3-BEDROOM CENTENARY APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF FARO

Located in the heart of Faro, this unique centenary three-bedroom apartment overlooks the beautiful Jardim Manuel Bivar, the lively Marina and the beautiful tiled pedestrian street of "Rua de Santo António” that offers the main shopping hub of the city and its many restaurants and terrace cafés.

It is conveniently close to the ferries departing to Faro's famous islands with white-sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters and the Old Town quarter where you can enjoy the architecture, art galleries, museums and traditional taverns.

Completely renovated and decorated with elegance, this high ceilings apartment sleeps six, has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright living area with tall French doors opening into a railing balconette.

All three bedrooms feature a comfortable double bed with en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower cubicle.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.
The departure cleaning service on the amount of €80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.
Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.

The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 7 nights) is due on arrival in cash.

It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible only by stairs.

Parking is available in a paid area close to the apartment or free of charge in the public car park car situated 500 meters from the apartment. However, because of this property’s central location, a car is not necessary for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful from start to finish. Sonia answered all pre arrival questions and helped arrange some transportation.She met us at the apartment helped get our luggage up the stairs and spent time with us answering questions and offering suggestions. So patient and friendly.The apartment…3 bedrooms each with bathroom and shower. Perfect for 3 couples. It’s clean with lots of common space to relax after a day out. Love the balcony, great place to sip wine and people watch! The location is great, just across from the marina and walkable to all the restaurants. You can listen to the local musicians in the evening, or close the balcony doors if you don’t want to.Small grocery store less than two blocks away with all the basics and great bread and pastries.We were thrilled to find 3bd/3bath and ecstatic when we arrived and it was as good as it looked in the pictures.We wouldn’t hesitate to book again

We absolutely loved this place! I traveled with my sister and another couple. Each of us had our own room and bathroom with a half bath near the living space. We enjoyed sitting in the living space and discussing our day and enjoying the view of the square in the evening. It was University initiation week while we were there and we noise was a little loud but closing the window doors helped. The stairs up to the apartment were very doable for us and the location gave us great walk-ability to dining, shops, the marina, ferries, bus station and train station. We really were pleased with our time here and would look to book again if we return. I need to also mention that our host Sonia was wonderful! She met us outside to lead us to the apartment house (partially blocked by non-working construction in front, but right next to Occidental hotel) and provided us with great information on where to go for all our needs and interests. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Gorgeous apartment, central location

This is really a beautiful place! Very high ceiling with great designs. Floor tiles are lovely! It’s right in the central town area, so you’ll hear people and music and church bells regularly, but the bedrooms are super quiet! Great check in process with Sonia! We took all of our suggestions and it made for a great trip! Easy town to navigate. It wasn’t clear from photos what the views were, but they were nice. Also some construction happening next door (though quiet while we were there) was a little less visually pleasing at first but really no big deal.

Old World Charm

We loved this space. It was so well located. Easy access to all the water activities. Surrounded by some amazing food options. On top of the action in the square, the sounds of people moving about as well as a very comfortable place to just chill out.
