The detached villa, built in 2001 and renovated in 2023, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Your villa consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating (gas). In the living room there is a fireplace and in each room there is air conditioning and central heating, this costs 8,00 €/day (optional). The entrance is covered, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 36 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed, stereo system and radio. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 2 tables, 10 chairs, 6 sunloungers and parasol. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 2 single beds and TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Location
Santa Barbara de Nexe, Canal district. The villa is situated on a 5,000 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedge and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (unpaved, length 800 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
