「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Lovely setting and a quick 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Access to the beach and great walks both ways along the coast. Food is tasty and there is lots of variety. Some nice restaurants in the area as well so you don't need to just rely on hotel cuisine.」

「Fantastic stay, obviously the views are breath taking (Teide covered in snow on one side, the ocean on the other side!) but the hotel itself is also run to a high standard, with every single member of staff we interacted with being incredibly helpful, accommodating and kind.」

「The apartment was great. Pool lovely. Staff helpful. The advertised free bus only runs once a day at 10:30. Only downsides: The single beds are hard and not comfy new mattress needed. The double and sofa are good. Location good use the local taxi company not uber. 」

「Kanan (I’ve hopefully have that correct as she deserves recognition) was amazing. we we’re put in a terrible situation with the villa we had booked, in that it was inhabitable, awful. We urgently had to find somewhere quickly as the company were not helping resolve the issue. She was welcoming calm & very kind. Rooms couldn’t have been any cleaner 」
