“My room was great...except the phone didn't work, no stopper in the tub and no hair dryer. Breakfast was okay. Orange juice was orange drink. No cereal. My room was a long way from the office (back of the hotel) so it was a long walk to ask a question. If the phone had worked it would have been great. Parking was fine. The parking lot itself needs attention.”

“The breakfast was great. Kudos to the lady who managed it.”

“The whole complex and our room was extremely clean. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.”

“Room is clean. Hotel people are friendly and helpful.”

“Great experience overall, with the consistently high standard I’ve come to expect from TownePlace Suites. The only downside is that the hotel is located right next to a railway crossing. If you’re a light sleeper, you may be woken up by train horns during the night. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again.”

“Location is great. We stayed here in 2023 and then again this weekend. Staff is great, but hotel could definitely use an upgrade. Hampton is known for their comfy beds, but not so much here. Beds are wore out. Hotel needs to be upgraded, from beds, carpets, furniture to wallpaper!!! Again, a great staff, breakfast ok, location great!!”
