「This Bungalow is so cute. Perfect for my family of 5. Smelt freshly cleaned when we walked in. So close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Parking was definitely a challenge but was forewarned. On day two we got lucky and was able to park in front. We will def be making this an annual trip. Capitola Village is SO cute!」

「Wonderful property with lovely back patio opening to the river. Unusual with 2 parking spaces. Great bathroom and kitchen. Only thing that was difficult was the noise during the day from remodeling next door. However workers were considerate starting at 8 am and stopping about 3pm weekdays and no work on weekends.」

「We had a great weekday getaway @ Awesome Beach House. Very easy to book, even on short notice, easy to access, parking immediately in front of the house. Neighbors were all friendly and pleasant. The house and property are beautiful and well maintained and cared for. Beach access was within walking distance, as well as a great breakfast spot/market. We had no issues at all and will definitely stay there again for future getaways. Thank you!」

「When we went to the place we had issues finding our way to enter the property the landlord was able to give me some information about how to get in. The she mentioned she forgot to clean the place. We got in and found used towels all around with weird smell. The places wasn’t cleared. And what she offered to solve was to wait like 2 hours for her to arrive that will give us clean bed sheets for us to change. We had driven a lot to find where we stay will be clean at least. So we managed to...
