"Self service check in is very strange for me I prefer person to person interactions and it tells me that the establishment can’t pay their staff… the staff were amazing, while I was there a poor staff member having to deal with an unruly customer. Shout out to him he delt with it calmly. "

"This is a great option for staying in Munich. Good value for the money, great staff, easy access to transportation to the city center. One downside is the number of students living at the property - they were a bit noisy on weekend nights. But the staff is great, coffee machines are top notch and the location worked great to explore Munich."

"The room was goid sized, lots of room to spread out in. Although some of the furniture looked pretty beat up!! The front desk staff was excellent!! As expected and as usual!! It's nice to be greeted loke people know you. Your entire lobby staff should he commended for the service they provide."
