“酒店位於First纜車站附近，但與Grindelwald火車站有點距離，建議攜行李入往前聯繫房東預約接送服務。倘若有時間慢行的話，沿途風景還是很不錯的。 聞說酒店有過百年歷史，但房間裝潢和設備不會感覺很古老，而且乾淨衛生。晚上在陽台能看星星還份外寧靜。另外推薦安排一天享用酒店的晚餐，房東們和員工都很熱情款待，非常深刻的體驗。”

“火車站往酒店只要6分鐘。酒店往市中心也方便。房間算寬闊，但三人房間的浴室也是用玻璃門，私隱度有問題。冷氣不夠涼。早餐不錯，選擇很多。露台外是瑞士村莊景色，是我主要訂這酒店的原因。可惜被分配在二樓，被酒店前方的建築物阻擋了一部分，有點失望。員工盡責有禮。”

“I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, the people were very nice, and the rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was amazing and the view was even better. We also had dinner at the hotel since we couldn't find anywhere else to eat because there were no reservations available, which was fine with us because the food in the restaurant was great! my mom had the salad and the kraut salat tasted just how my oma made it so definitely has my seal of approval. “If you want to experience the Swiss Alps in a true fashion, stay there. The pension is family run,you eat what they cook. There are no other restaurants around. There’s no tv but a room full of board games, fabulous views. Nights are quiet with only the stars and the sounds of the mountains around you for company. Sabine, the owner aims to please and is always busy finding solutions for unexpected events. No cars allowed and the only way to get there is with the funicular from Lauterbrunnen. For……

“Location is good but it is up the hill so make sure to take their shuttle bus instead of walking. The facilities and staff are mostly great! Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7. ”

“总体来说这是一家不错的家庭旅馆，老板员工比较客气，但是我们入住时遇到了小小的不愉快，我们预订了2间双人间及1间三人间各2天，结果到达时酒店说网站只预订了各一间，另外一间只能安排到其他宾馆，电话30多分钟与网站沟通的结果依然如此，不知道是网站的原因还是酒店的原因。”

“Hotel room is nice comfy and big but the decor of the bathroom is a bit dated and slightly scary. Breakfast selection is acceptable and food quality is very good. Hotel location is unbeatable! Lunch and dinner were satisfactory. ”

“The hotel staff are nice and helpful, location is great as nearby the train station. Also hotel provides free coffee, tea and hot water outside the breakfast hours. However, it is extremely noisy during the night time, the bar / restaurant downstairs keep playing music until mid-night. ”
