“员工好，早餐好”

“I stayed there for three days. No one cleaned my room on the first day, and again on the second day when I returned to the hotel around 4 PM. I had to ask before someone finally cleaned it. The alarm clock in the hotel room was on and started ringing at 6 AM – I was going crazy! The hotel's soundproofing was terrible; it was very noisy outside. This was a very poor experience overall.”

“Over night parking $50 expensive!!! And ”

“房间不提供免费瓶装水，如果需要冲泡饮料需要自备。”

“Good”

“Friendly staff, free parking, clean room and standard gym equipment ”

“A very bad experience. The shower drain in the room was clogged, and the front desk staff were completely expressionless, communicating with a sullen face throughout, and were very impatient. The breakfast buffet was almost empty, and the staff just stood there expressionlessly watching, not replenishing the food until I pointed it out, at which point they reluctantly went to get more. In short, the experience was terrible, and I will never stay at this hotel again.”

“The front desk personnel was not trained enough to support issuing the correct invoice.”

“One of the rooms was not cleaned on the day we checked in. One of the beds was not made when cleaning after check in.”

“Great hotel!”
