Summary:
This beautiful cottage is located in a peaceful location in Filey. It has an enclosed garden and a private hot tub to enjoy the outdoors. Also, it is just a 5 minute drive to the beach. This cottage is pet friendly, so you are welcome to bring along your furry companions!

The Space:
This charming accommodation features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The twin bedroom boasts a walk-in shower, while the king bedroom is equipped with a bath and shower combination.

In the living space, you’ll find two comfortable sofas and a Freeview television, perfect for cosy evenings in. There’s also a dining table that seats four, making it an ideal spot for meals or games. The log fire adds a warm ambience, especially during winter stays, and the layout of the space is open and inviting, seamlessly connecting to the kitchen area.

Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub, which is perfect for relaxation, though please note that there are extra charges for its use. The property is nestled in a rural location, just a five-minute drive from the scenic Filey Beach. For outdoor gatherings, there’s a picnic bench that accommodates four, and on-site parking is available for your convenience.

The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric oven with a gas hob, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a microwave, and a washing machine.



Notable features of this lovely converted barn include ground-floor accommodation, making it ideal for those who are less mobile. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and as an added bonus, a hairdryer and iron are provided for your convenience. Pets are welcome, although it is important to note that the garden is not fully enclosed.

Early March in Filey

We stayed at Barn Cottage on New Bighin Fat just outside Ciley and could not have asked for a better stay. From the welcome hamper to the comfortable furnishings,lots of room and the hottub, nothing could be faulted. We will certainly beback.
