I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity. "So the room was clean & maintained. The bed was comfy too. But the availability of the front desk was very sketchy! Nic lady but I asked for towels for our second day, talked right to her! We never got them. Then no housekeeper at all, we needed a garbage bag and more coffee . Left a message that we were leaving the key at 845, We didn’t hear from her until 1:45 , we were already home!! Prolly will stay in Arcola next time!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Shelbyville! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some time together. The property was just as described, and the hosts were great to work with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Shelbyville area!"

"Vicky's place was great! The fishing ponds kept my husband busy. A short drive to Shelbyville for food, recreation and fun. The firepit was nice. There wasn't anyone at the camping sites so that was a plus. House was clean, kitchen had the basics. Beds were firm. The screened in porch was fantastic!"
