"Brittany was the receptionist at the time of our arrival. She originally assigned us to a second story room. We were traveling with our dog. Brittany graciously looked at her room assignments and placed us on the first floor near an exit. I so appreciated her extra effort."

"Great area, it’s off of a main road. Easy to get around and you’re not far from Canandaigua. The facility was nice and quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful. The price was very affordable as well and it was clean. "

"I really appreciated that kids had to be out of the pool at 9 and the adults had access to the pool. & Hot tub until 11. The employees at the front desk were wonderful. The people who out it the food, 2 out of 3 that I had contact with, acted like we were annoying them, especially during peek time with lots of kids. I visited without children, and chose this hotel for the nice rooms, hot tub access without children and breakfast. It wasn't convenient. "

"Nice place to stay, great restaurants close by. The Breakfast is very limited at best, but the coffee is really good. The staff is great! A small table to sit down to eat you morning snack would be nice. I would recommend."

"The Lake House has left nothing to chance! The rooms are so well appointed and the lake view balconies complete with Adirondack chairs invite you to relax. Love the open lobby, versatile library for coffee or cocktails. The restaurants are delicious and the service is impeccable. Don’t miss the charm of the evening s’mores at the fire pit. Oh and the seasonal plantings are exquisite. A wonderful relaxing weekend getaway. Thank you LH. We’ll return❤️"
