“The cottage was perfect for our stay and exactly as listed. The location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located to the many restaurants on Main Street. It’s only about a 50 minute drive to the wineries on the North Fork. Check in was easy and smooth and great communication from the owner. The cottage is located in a beautiful backyard that we were also able to enjoy. Would definitely rent again for a future trip.”

“First off the Host Michael was amazing. Second the location and serenity of the creek was outstanding. If you are looking to layout in the sun bbq and have a couple of drinks this cozy place is it. “This was a perfect, 5 star experience. The owner: Anna was super communicative and responsive. We felt completely taken care of. Check in and check out were a breeze. And the literature in the home had everything we needed. The home: lovely, super clean, well appointed with everything we needed. Our little kids loved playing on the big back porch (we ate all our meals out there too). We loved the propane fire pit, the big leather couch, the games, and the fancy shower. We cooked all our meals……

“The home exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, very very clean, great beds and linens, roomier than expected. The only issue was not with the house, but with the management company. They gave the wrong code to enter and we had to wait for the on site manager to give us the code. The next day they gave the wrong for bike locks and we once again had to wait for the manager to come to fix the issue. Having updated and correct information provided should be high on Vacasa’s priority……

“We reserved this day in May and continue to communicate with the owner through early july. On the morning of our stay I contacted him to ask about checking information and he sent me the key code and wished us a great day. 1 hour prior to check in we inexplicably received cancellation of our stay. The owner made bizarre statements about the rbo being monsters and terrible people and saying he would never do business with them. When I told him that I was a family of five and we needed a place to……

“Beautiful home in a great location with a wonderful view. Thoughtfully designed, furnished and stocked with everything you'll need. Also, great communication from the owners! Spent the weekend with teens and can't wait to return for a more relaxing adult trip!”

“We found the house to be really cute and fun to stay in. The location was excellent and we even saw a deer on our last morning! Our main issues, and why this isn’t a 5 star rating, were that multiple lighting fixtures weren’t working and there was an entire bed missing. The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. The ad should be changed to reflect the accurate information……

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”
