“The house was a great location to restaurants, shops, and breweries. We only had to take a very short walk each day for dinner and breakfast with several options to choose from. The owners were extremely helpful with a few questions we had and were very accommodating. Our dog loved the large back yard. The home is very cute and comfortable. I will absolutely stay at this location when I return to visit family.”

“A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful.……

“Nice property. Great area. Host responded quickly to all questions and requests. We were in town for a family wedding, and the property was awesome for us to all stay together. It was very spacious and plenty of seating to accommodate our large group. Kitchen was well stocked and included lots of little extras. Recently renovated and nice appliances. Plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. in the bathrooms.”

The furniture, although functional, showed signs of wear and could benefit from an update. The cleanliness of the property was generally good, but there were areas where it could have been bette (BBQ) The kitchen, while serviceable, could use an upgrade to enhance the overall experience. “This well-decorated, comfortable home met the needs of our group in the area on a business trip, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Each bedroom/bathroom was spacious and clean. The living spaces were great for getting our group together to socialize and conduct meetings. The kitchen had everything we needed and the spaces outside were more than we could have hoped for. This is a great location and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again for either a business trip or for a family gathering.……

“This is a lovely new two bedroom condo located near Loveland’s downtown and east side amenities. The property is very clean and well maintained with many personal touches by the owner. This place should be considered if coming to northern Colorado!”

“Traveling with Grand daughter, she got to pick which bedroom she wanted . She opened the closet and found a treasure trove of toys. Some were perfect for her bath. When the weather warmed up, she and GPa were able to play many games in the pretty back yard. With food allergies it is easier for us to do most of our own cooking, the kitchen is well appointed and grocery close by. We had a lovely visit seeing family.”

The location is perfect if you want to get away from the city but still in close proximity to many enough that it’s a short drive away from many attractions. We would definitely stay here again!”
