「Great location off 64. Front desk staff were amazing. The pool was really nice. The room was exactly the right location I prefer. My granddaughter got to have popcorn they serve in the lobby. The bed and pillows were great, so comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast, but my granddaughter did, it looked really good. Every time I stay here I enjoy the stay!」

「Misleading star rating (not a three star) and Do not recommend! Room was not well cleaned (old hair everywhere, generally dirty, broken toilet etc). The front desk staff was nice and food was good but restaurant’s servers were discriminatory and misinformed about ADA protections for service dogs. Hotel room was way too expensive, dirty, and definitely WAS NOT a three start hotel.」

「This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.」

「We stay here often - love the outdoor pool to rewind after driving and this last visit made a few treks around the walking trail around the pond. Left my phone charger there and they were able to find it and send it back to me. We had a king room and liked the extra-long, reclined type chair.」

「The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...

「Clean, quiet, very nice relaxing stay」

「The AC worked but had a very irritating sound associated with it running. We stayed there for 3 days and I notified staff and nothing was done. Other than that…very nice and clean for the price.」
