"A very cosy cottage with much privacy. Not far from Stow town center. Very clean and comfortable stay . We like it a lot Unfortunately we only stayed for one night. Did not have opportunity to enjoy the back garden. Beautiful both inside and outside. An excellent place to enjoy! Highly recommended for family of four in the middle of Cotswold."

Location is superb if desiring to stay in Burton in the water. Beautiful, quaint town. Only complaint was lack of cooling. Luckily able to cool off at night with windows open. "Hotel in excellent position, lovely seating at the front of the hotel, sun all day! Bar and lounge areas are beautiful! However, our room was not clean, the bed valences were very dirty and the chrome towel rail was covered in dirty water marks. There were paint splashes everywhere, looked like the paintwork had been freshened up by a child. The beds felt hard and low quality, my partner was ok but i sleep on my side and woke up with my hips feeling bruised. Tea, cofee etc was not replenished in three days apart from when we asked. Ending on a positive, the breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and helpful."
