"Generally good. Our room was clean but fridge not restocked every 2 days as was promised. Food was average but perfect for a family, the Italian ala carte restaurant stood out. A nice surprise was the entertainment, music around the pool and in the lobby bar in the evening-really well done. The entertainment crew was great, very engaging and energetic. All in all a good option for a family vacation, lots of pool time and fun for everyone!"

"Rooms were good. We didn’t get our upgrade u til 5 days in which was too bad. Staff are all such hard workers and friendly. Bar and bar staff excellent. Spa was good but over priced "

"Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all a beautiful place for older adults and seniors."

"Friendly staff, very clean rooms with great air condition and ceiling fans. Grounds and pool are wonderful. Beach location is perfecto. Not all the rooms have an ocean view. So be sure to ask when booking or checking in. "
