「overall quite positive.... unit needs some minor maintenance work.... plumbing fixtures broken at double sink location, kitchen chair was broken. 2 valances had fallen at blinds. center bathroom latchset came off. toilet barely flushed in front bath.... None of these affected our stay and it was mothers day weekend... no need to rush out maintenance... we could easily make it work... just an FYI and a suggestion for the next tennant. Everything was clean. Extra towels would have been a nice...

「We are two couples who like to golf and love Rumbling Bald resort lifestyle. This place is by far the most modern we’ve stayed in. We loved it. 「The inside of the property was great. Was very disappointed that both decks and the front entryway had obviously not been cleaned for sometime. Cobwebs, dust, and leaves made all of these areas very unattractive. It’s logical to assume that spending time on your decks would be one of the reasons people would choose this condo, and they had not been cleaned for a long time.」

「All lamps with dim bulbs so hard to read. Mold in Master bath shower. No coffee maker filters or dishes soap. No lamps beside chairs in living room for reading. No directions or guide for televisions.......didn't know how to find particular stations.BUT, we love POSH and have stayed there 4 times earlier and would highly recommend it to friends」

「It was very nice and relaxing. We could sit on the porch and see the lake right in front of us. Place was clean and well supplied with everything that we needed. Only fault we found was that the bed was to tall. Im 5"7 and I could not get on the bed. My husband is 6"3 and he had to jump to get on it. Other than that we gad a great time.」

「This is our second visit to this property. It's got everything we need and even better this time (new hot tub and even more thoughtful touches by the host). Comfy bed in the master, great for my 81 yo mother. Can't beat the views and proximity to everything. My nephew and his dad had a great time playing the video games. We'll likely come again!」

Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat....
