「Loved the property. Well located between downtown Asheville and Black Mountain. Very peaceful (other than occasional trucks driving by) with wildlife all around. Beautiful views of the mountains. Will be back again.」

「Loved our little retro-styled bungaloo.Ernie enjoyed chasing n being chased by geese. Close by to many shops n great little local restaurants.」

「Overall, this place was good for the price. It could be significantly improved if they did a couple things. The bathroom needs a complete renovation. It has the cheapest finishes and fixtures and peeling paint everywhere. Also, the couch was completely caved in on one side. The bed was surprisingly very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked and had everything we needed to cook several meals. The location is great and having a restaurant and bakery downstairs is nice.」

「The Magnolia was perfect for two. Check in process including codes for the doors was very easy. K-cup coffee machine a plus. Overall, very comfortable. The location of this property is exceptional for the food scene, breweries, and shopping. Utilized the indoor parking garage one block away. 」
