「This is a little gem in the heart of a village Highly recommend to everybody, restaurants pubs shop and beach all within minutes of the cottage’s property was spotless clean and lovely and warm , met the family over the course of four days all very nice with plenty of smiles every time you see them Very dog friendly with many lovely walks around the area」

「Was even cuter than the pictures showed! Very warm and clean and everything was clearly well thought out and provided for. I didn’t see anywhere on the listing that we would check in at the property upon arrival so I had to call VRBO to clarify before arriving since I had not received an email with check-in info like they said I was supposed to. 「Brandlehow is the perfect place to relax and refuel. The location is superb, nestled in the woodlands and on the shores of Derwentwater. 「After a week camping in awful weather, I wanted to get a place whilst I met up with some old friends, I booked this place on line, and I'm so glad I did! It was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped, the owners are very friendly, and have done a great job in renovating the building into a 5 star accommodation, would highly recommend it」
