“The property was fine the staff was friendly. For the money I expected a little more. The couch in my room was uncomfortable and in the lobby area. I told the front desk my phone wasn’t working because it had no cord, no one ever came to fix it. Lighting was dark. The hotel was “fine” nothing exceptional. ”

“It was an amazing stay. Couldn’t ask for better service from everyone. Jetty done a great job from the time we got there until we left today at 1045. I give her 5 stars. We will definitely be back to the Holiday Inn in Florence Ky. I would recommend this hotel. We went the Aquarium and Ark. We were in between both. There was a lot of places to shop and eat. ”
