"It is a good hotel. They could upgrade the breakfast. Needs a remodel in next 3 years. The staff is well trained."

"The Hilton Cincinnati Airport is slightly misleading in its name. It's a Hilton hotel, and is definitely located near an airport, but it's in Kentucky, and a bit of a drive from Cincinnati. That said, while the hotel is spacious and pretty quiet despite all the families staying there when we visited, it's the staff that deserves most of the kudos. They ably answered any questions or concerns we had. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it was a pretty good value with an on-site restaurant with a made-to-order breakfast (something you don't see at many similar hotels). I thought the bed was fine, but a little harder than I like. It wasn't a deal breaker. The entire staff was friendly and professional, with special shout-outs to Sarah and Miss Tyra at the front desk. They made our visit special. One minor gripe was the lack of in-room microwaves. That's something the Hilton should address, but that aside, it was a pleasant stay at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport."

"The first floor was under construction, so that area was a little messy. But the room was very cean and nice. Nice staff."

"Shower floor was so slippery that we had to hang onto shower door handle, several bedside outlets didn’t work, which were needed for CPAP, and the light switch at the entrance to our room didn’t turn on lights, forcing us to walk around in the dark until we found other switches. When we talked to the manager, she was rude, passive aggressive, and blamed us for not reporting it at 1AM, when she could have given us a different room, which was not a useful solution. "

"Clean room, functioning fixtures. Don't stay there for the continental breakfast because it's trash."

"Pricey breakfast buffet ($26per), but expected for location & selection. Wasted water in the morning until hot. Airport shuttle drops off/pickup directly in front of hotel. Easy walking distance to stadiums."

"Breakfast only high carbohydrates. Had to go elsewhere to eat. No protein available at breakfast. No eggs or cheese. Only food available: Waffle, cold cereal and banana."
