「Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. 」

「Great property which was close to Great American Ballpark and the Taft Theatre which were the two reasons I traveled to Cincinnati—I got in at 1am and they were very accommodating at the front desk—I forgot the gentleman’s name but he was very, which was welcomed after a 16 hour travel day—I originally had a reservation at another property but they lost my reservation and I had to scramble last minute (1am) and these folks were more than welcoming to me—thanks」

「I forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Don’t understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. 」

「 ⸻ My stay at TownePlace Suites Downtown Cincinnati was great! The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and incredibly informative — their customer service was truly 20/10. 「When we walked we were greeted by Deonte and he was amazing. He knew everything we asked about and told and showed us everything about the hotel and its amenities. 「The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable.
