「Lagniappe is located in a quiet lower middle-class neighborhood that has lots of huge trees and neat lawns. There is a covered parking area in back. Grace Baker has spared no expense in equipping the place with a top-notch kitchen, three big-screen TVs, comfortable beds, good lighting, an excellent HVAC system and more. We were totally comfortable and felt totally safe there. We highly recommend it.」

「This was the most horrible place I've ever seen! Thankfully VRBO arranged a full refund. We never even took our luggage out of the car. Opened the front door and floor was littered with dead bugs. Our first clue should have been the filthy plastic chairs on the front porch, along with a empty can of RAID bugspray. I could go on and on but beleive me, this place is a total DUMP! I have many pictures to back up all of the unbelievable things that were either completely broken, used up or dirty...
