「Clean and cozy apartment above Laketime brewery. Stayed mid week in the summer. Quiet location within a block of Main Street and 7 minute walk to lake. Would highly recommend for cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. Includes a place to park. 」

「From the ease of checking in to the ease of checking out everything was great! The penthouse is gorgeous, immaculate, and so well equipped. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shops, and more. The river views can't be beat. Waverly is a sweet town! We were in town from Virginia for a wedding and the penthouse we were so glad we chose the Penthouse! Excellent!」

「The loft was exactly as listed. This property was in a great location for walking to the lake, downtown to shopping and many restaurant choices. We visited the Farmers market on Saturday and had a wonderful weekend. 」

「A great little spot to stay while we were in town! They thought of all the details to make the stay comfortable and the space was beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again if we end up in Waverly, IA again! 」
