"The door lock to our room didn’t lock properly, so we had to baracade the door to stop anyone entering during the night. Especially when the BBC news that weekend we stayed says unwanted people are entering hotel rooms with thefts and rape cases are on the up - Not good! The layout of our rooms have health and safety issues we could’ve easily tripped down the dark staircase from the bathroom to our bedroom. On a good point the rooms were very clean, so a great job from the maids\cleaners. "

"Hotel is a very beautiful especially the location right on the sea front. Reception staff are very welcoming and professional, the restaurant food especially the fish and chips top tier. The breakfast staff are very polite. The spa and gym very clean. And the bar cocktails mmmm. This is my second visit and there will be a third very soon with the girls in April."

"The hotel was conveniently located and we were able to take advantage of one of their reserved parking spaces. The room was clean and spacious and everything we needed was provided. We had an excellent cooked breakfast and the manager was friendly and helpful."
