「Our room was excellent, wonderfully clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive and courteous. The public spaces are a little tired. The breakfast room / restaurant is basic. The parking is an absolute nightmare. Just pay for the parking permit to park on the Main Street to avoid the stress of finding a parking space.」

We was met with a complimentary bottle for valentines day which we thought was a lovely. 「Hotel is not fit to house a dog. Blood and semen on the bed, bed made out of wood, exposed electrics, shower door that doesn’t close. Half the building had pigeons flying around inside which we seen as we pulled up. All was reported to reception and asked for a refund, which was refused. We left and booked another hotel! After 2 hours of phone calls to hotels.com they agreed to refund for our booking. 」
