Great Family Vacation

I would highly recommend this place for a larger family. We had our kids and girl friends come along (8 of us) and was great that we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was very clean and had great views of the ocean. We vacation alot in Folly and would definitely stay there again.

Folly Beach Girls 60th Birthday Bash weekend

Great location. Center of town where you can walk to all restaurants. Balcony was big and you can sit there watching the tide come in and out.

Perfect layout for our group of 7. Love the fact that each bedroom has their own bathroom. Balcony was large and accommodating for all of us to sit out together. Bonus was the casual outdoor bar/restaurant right across the street!!

Great stay at the beach

Beautiful beach, sunset, and night sky views. This unit is beautifully appointed, but also has a comfortable feel. It couldn't be more convenient to access the beach. Our car stayed parked most of the time we were there. The restaurants are all a short walk away.

Family getaway for a wedding

This was the perfect condo for the 3 generations to stay while visiting the area for a family wedding. We all enjoyed being so close to the beach and the pool and the convenience of being so close to town. We were able to walk everywhere we need to go. We will definitely consider staying here again if the need arises.

Impressive all around

This place was completely remodeled and super clean. Location right on the beach only 2 block walk to all shops and restaurants. Including close walk to pier as well. Balcony was amazing and each room was spacious with its own bathroom. Kitchen fully stocked and beverage fridge/bar area a bonus! The check in and out and communication with property owner was completely on point. There were 2 teens and 3 adults. I’m definitely coming back.

NICE THANKSGIVING GETAWAY

OVERALL GREAT CONDO, CLEAN, KITCHEN EQUIPPED WELL ENOUGH, FURNITURE ADEQUATE. LOCATION IS GREAT. ONLY NEGATIVE WE SAW IS THAT THERE ARE NOT TV'S IN EVERY BEDROOM. JUST IN TH TWO "MASTER" BEDROOMS. TO BE CANDID, THE AD DOES STATE TVS IN TWO BR AND LIVING AREA. WE OVERLOOKED NOT HAVING IN EACH BR IN THE AD. NOT A BIG DEAL BUT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THERE WERE TV IN ECH BR LIKE MOST RENTAL UNITS THESE DAYS. WOULD/WILL DEFINITELY STAY IN THIS UNIT AGAIN.
