Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment Haus Schäfer Zita in Fontanella impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a smart TV with streaming services. This holiday flat is run by a family business.

This vacation rental features a private terrace for relaxing evenings.

Public transport is within walking distance and both restaurants and shops are a 5-minute walk away. The Faschina & Damüls-Mellau ski areas can be reached in 15 minutes by ski bus.

4 parking spaces are available at the property and free parking is available on the street.

Pleasant stay in Fontanella

We had a pleasant stay at Schäfer Zita. The hostess was very friendly and obliging and took into account all our wishes. The house is very nicely located and clean. We could enjoy fresh bread rolls every morning and our children loved the cat. We would have liked a sofa in the house: we did miss it.
